Time for fitness #3: What is the FitLynk Score and what tests are used to calculate the score

FitLynk Score© is a unique way that can give an indication about the fitness level of users. It is designed to accommodate Beginners (typically are D level) up to Elite users (A Level) and in-between as intermediate (C Level) and Advanced users (B Level).

An A level user (Elite): is a top performer who has the highest global performance.

A B Level user (Advanced): is a user who has been consistent in exercising for 5, 10 or even 20 years of his life.

A C Level user (Intermediate): is generally fit user who has an active lifestyle.

A D Level user (Beginner): is a newcomer to the fitness world who is trying to get in shape.

A1 is the highest level in our ranking, and D5 is the lowest level in our ranking.

A new calculator is coming soon to help users to carefully assess their fitness levels based on performing the following tests. We will specify which tests are needed for each level (A, B, C D). We will share in the coming posts how to perform each of these tests.

Stay Tuned.
