Ric and Pam are the brains, brawn and beauty behind The Licorice Shop. We are passionate about our licorice, chocolate, toffees, fudge, sweets, English & Dutch products, sugar & gluten free products and would not have it any other way.
Very important to us has been the face to face contact with people who have come into our stand and tried our licorice, especially converting the licorice hater into a licorice lover and educating those who wish to know about the process of licorice production. We visit the factories from which we purchase, to familiarise ourselves with the process and to check that these factories are up to our standard. We also now have our own exclusive line of licorice – mostly herbal, so take a leap of faith and try these special licorices.
