The Hon’ble Supreme Court has issued a notice on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) challenging the reduction in the qualifying percentile for NEET-PG 2025–26 counselling. The matter is set to be heard before a Constitution Bench, marking a significant step in the legal process.
The PIL has been filed by Dr. Harisharan Devgan along with co-petitioners and is being represented by Senior Advocate Sonia Mathur, assisted by Advocates Satyam Singh Rajput, Adarsh Singh, and AoR Neema.
